Our company also provides Real Estate Management services. This service provided to you during your absence will give you control and overview of your property:

• regular inspection of the real estate and the condition of its inventory,
• arrange the removal and replacement of any destroyed, broken or non-functional items, or fittings placed in the property,
• finance management - monitor the payments for rent, power supplies and other services,
• in case of requirement for larger repairs, immediately inform the owner of the real estate,
• prepare the budget for repairs and their realization,
• organize cleaning services, laundry and pot-plant maintenance,
• emptying the letter-box, storage of the post or re-posting to an address defined,
• mediating communication between the tenant and the owner of the property and arrange any other related services,
• other services according to agreement
